Does the message, "HDx Error E22 HDx Can't Mount" on the LCD display indicate the product failure?

The E22 indicates that the product cannot mount the internal hard drives.


Try the following operation.

  1. Restart the product to check if the internal hard drives can be mounted by the product.
  2. Format the internal hard drives (data will be erased completely).
